For more guidelines on determining whether a card is counterfeit or not, check out our "Buyer Beware" article.
Please let us know if you have information about counterfeit cards and their producers with as many facts as possible (name, address, phone number, email address) or whatever information you have about the source of the counterfeit product. The more complete the information we receive, the greater the possibility we will be successful in pursuing infringers. Please note that Wizards of the Coast does not replace counterfeit cards. Your recourse against the counterfeiter is through filing a complaint with your local law enforcement agency and/or the Internet Fraud Complaint Center or visit the Federal Trade Commission’s web site if you purchased your product online. If you purchased your product from eBay, we suggest that you also file a Fraud Alert.
If you are in possession of cards that you believe are counterfeit and would like to provide them to Wizards of the Coast, please send the cards and details regarding your purchase to the following address:
Please note that Wizards of the Coast does not have a card verification service. You will not be contacted about cards provided, whether genuine or counterfeit, and cards submitted to Wizards of the Coast will not be returned.
