Your financial institution may hold these funds for up to 5 business days before validating or canceling the duplicate transaction. During this timeframe, Scalefast does not collect the held funds from the pending transaction. Please contact your bank or financial institution to ensure the cancellation of the duplicate transaction. We recommend monitoring your banking information to confirm the duplicate transaction has been canceled.
