Debit Immediately Order Failures
You will be notified very shortly after attempting to place the order if a debit-immediately type sale has failed to debit completely. If the sale is still ongoing and the product you would like to purchase is still available, we recommend verifying your payment information before attempting to place another order.
Preorder Debit Failure
For failed preorders, you will be provided an opportunity to adjust your billing details. In that email, we will advise you when another attempt to debit your preorder will be made. Please update your payment method before the next automatic preorder debit attempt. If your payment method is not updated and after four unsuccessful attempts, your order will be automatically cancelled.
