In rare cases, a preorder’s sales tax and import fees may be identical amounts. This often causes confusion for customers as it appears that they’re paying the same tax twice. While Scalefast collects applicable sales tax on all orders, they do not manage customs or import fees for DDU orders. You still must pay the customs fee.
