Secretversary 2023 - The Locust God Promotion FAQs

What promotions are being offered?

During the Secretversary 2023 from November 20, 2023 at 9:00am PT to December 26, 2023 at 11:59pm PT customers can receive one (1) The Locust God promo card for every $200 / £200 / €230* spent on qualifying products only in a single transaction. Please see Secretversary 2023 Promotion T&Cs for further details.

Additionally, we’ve extended our limited time promotion during the Secretversary 2023 and free shipping is still offered on orders over $75 (pre-tax and after discounts) for customers located in the United States. Free shipping is also available in our EU and UK stores for orders over €85, and £75 (after discounts), respectively.

Please note that if you choose to ship your drops separately at checkout, this may incur additional shipping charges if the subtotal of an individual shipment is below the free shipping threshold ($75/€85/£75).

*Thresholds apply before taxes, shipping, handling fees and after discounts in the US store, and before shipping, handling fees and after discounts in the EU & UK stores.

Please note that any other products in the cart that are not part of the Secretversary 2023 The Locust God Promo Card promotion will not be counted towards the spend threshold.  

 

Will these promotions be offered again in the future?

We may offer similar promotions again in the future, but they can come in different forms with different promotional products. Promotions will be announced at the time of the sale. Keep an eye on our Twitter page and mailing lists for announcements.


If I place multiple orders during the Secretversary 2023, will I get multiple promotional products?

Yes! Promotions are calculated on each order, so if you place multiple orders where each is over $200 (before taxes and shipping/handling fees and after discounts, or £200 / €230 (before shipping/handling fees and after discounts) between November 20, 2023 at 9:00am PT to December 26, 2023 at 11:59pm PT you will receive a promotional item on each order. What did I do wrong? My promos have not been added to my cart...

Your promotional item(s) will not display in your cart before checkout. Once you begin the checkout process, you will be able to see the promotional items added to your cart.

  • Your order must meet the spend threshold for the qualified products
  • For US: If your order total before taxes, shipping/handling and after discounts is less than $200, you will not receive the promotional boosters.
  • For EU & UK: If your order total before shipping/handling and after discounts [PD9] [PD10] is less than £200 or €230, you will not receive the promotional boosters.

If I place multiple orders during the Secretversary 2023 that total up to $200 (before taxes) in the US / €230 in EU / £200 in the UK, can I get the promo card?

Promotional items are applied per order on orders that total over (US) $200+ (before taxes and after discounts) / (EU) €230 (after discounts) / (UK) £200 (after discounts). Promotional items will not be applied to orders that are below the (US) $200 (before taxes and after discounts) / (EU) €230 (after discounts / (UK) £200 (after discounts) thresholds. Multiple, separate orders cannot be combined for a promotion or free shipping.
