How can I cancel my order?

Cancelling your pre-order can be done through the “Cancel pre-order” button on the "Manage Order" page.

Navigate to the "Manage Order" screen, Follow this article if you are unsure how to find this page.

Unfortunately, Orders cannot be partially cancelled. Please note that we cannot reinstate a cancelled order once the cancellation process has begun.
