Q: What discounts are being offered?
A: From August 22, 2022 to September 19, 2022 customers can receive 10% off of orders $50 and up or 20% off of orders $200 and up. Discounts are applied per order and to all products before taxes and shipping & handling fees are applied.
Q: Will these discounts be offered again in the future?
A: We may offer similar discounts again in the future, but this is a one-time experiment for now.
Q: If I place multiple orders during the August Superdrop, will I get multiple discounts?
A: Yes! Discounts are calculated on each order, so if you place multiple orders over $50 between August 22, 2022 and September 19, 2022 you will receive a discount on each order.
Q: What did I do wrong? My discount isn't applying...
A: Your discount will not display in your cart before checkout. Once you begin the checkout process, you’ll be able to see the discount applied to your order total. If your order total before taxes and shipping is not greater than $50, you will not receive a discount.
Q: If I place multiple orders during the August Superdrop that total up to $50, can I get a discount?
A: Discounts are applied per order on orders that total over $50+ or $200+. Discounts cannot be applied to orders that are below the $50 and $200 thresholds. Multiple, separate orders cannot be combined for a discount or shipping.
Q: Do these discounts apply to the Astrology Lands?
A: Yes! All products on the Secret Lair site are eligible for discounts. You can buy the August Superdrop and Astrology Lands or just Astrology Lands to receive the discount.
Q: Does this affect free shipping?
A: No. You’ll still receive free shipping for orders where your total after discounts is over $99 in the US, 99€ in the EU, and £89 in the UK.
Q: Are the discounts available in every region?
A: These discounts are available in every region for every Secret Lair order successfully placed between August 22, 2022 and September 19, 2022.
Q: I’ve already placed before August 22, 2022. Will I receive a discount?
No. These discounts will only apply to orders placed between August 22, 2022 and September 19, 2022.
