If I place multiple orders during the Summer Superdrop, will I get multiple promotional products?

Yes! Promotions are calculated on each order, so if you place multiple orders where each is over $200 (before taxes and shipping/handling fees) or £200 / €230 (before shipping/handling fees) between June 26, 2023, 09:00 PDT and August 27, 2023, 23:59 PDT you will receive a promotional item on each order. What did I do wrong? My promos have not been added to my cart...

Your promotional item(s) will not display in your cart before checkout. Once you begin the checkout process, you will be able to see the promotional items added to your cart.

Your order must meet the spend threshold for Summer Superdrop 2023 products. Check your cart for non-qualifying products belonging to other sales if you do not see the promotional boosters at checkout.
For US: If your order total before taxes and shipping/handling is not greater than $200, you will not receive the promotional boosters.
For EU & UK: If your order total before shipping and handling is not greater than £200 or €230, you will not receive the promotional boosters.

What does a “qualified order” mean and how can I benefit from the Summer Superdrop Promotion?

To qualify for the promotion, purchases of Summer Superdrop 2023 products must meet or exceed the threshold of $200 / £200 / €230* in a single transaction.
e.g., If you have $150 USD worth of the Summer Superdrop products in your cart and you add in another product(s) from a different event that is on sale, which totals $50, you will not be qualified for the Summer Superdrop promotion. You need to spend $50 or more on the Summer Superdrop products to qualify for this promotion.

If I place multiple orders during the Summer Superdrop that total up to $200 (before taxes) in the US / €230 in EU / £200 in the UK, can I get the promotional boosters?

Promotional items are applied per order on orders that total over (US) $200+ (before taxes) / (EU) €230 / (UK) £200. Promotional items will not be applied to orders that are below the (US) $200 (before taxes) / (EU) €230 / (UK) £200 thresholds. Multiple, separate orders cannot be combined for a promotion or free shipping.
